Tribolium castaneum genome sequencing project, version 3.0 (Tcas 3.0) March 2008

The following files are from the Bioinformatics Center, Kansas State University

The directory 'GFF3' contains genome annotations (GFF3 format).
The directory 'Sequences' contains sequences and Manually_Curated_CDS_Peptide_mRNA contain the manually curated sequences.
                                

*NOTE : Initailly we had 1-1859 singletons (GG Group) in Tribolium data then NCBI suppressed the 11 and BeetleBase build the Unknown group from that ( 11 suppressed singleton) and publish the paper (used 1848 singletons). After the publication NCBI suppressed 8 more contigs(1840 singletons). But till date BeetleBase using 1848 singleton. 


'Tcas_3.0_BeetleBase3.0.agp' is the modified AGP file used for
BeetleBase version 3.0 (Tcas 3.0).
